Without prejudice to any specific contractual provisions in service agreements or product offers, Grupo Datora, through this Privacy Policy, seeks to guarantee transparency regarding how personal data is collected, used, shared, and protected by customers, both at the time of contracting products and services and throughout the commercial relationship with any of the Group’s companies.

We collect the personal data necessary for performing the activities inherent to our services and for offering products at the time of contracting (including on a temporary or experimental basis) and during the Customer’s consumption or use of it.

This data collection may be carried out directly by Grupo Datora, its successors or controllers, as well as by its accredited business partners and service resellers, particularly other telecommunications companies that use Grupo Datora’s network or frequencies through Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs). Grupo Datora may also share your data with third parties, including group companies abroad, within the specific purpose and necessity limits in providing services and offering products, such as other telecommunications operators related to mobile telephony services and national and international roaming obligations.
Grupo Datora may, in certain circumstances, share your data pursuant to a duly authorized order from competent authorities under the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet, especially regarding the provision of registration data, or to comply with a court order for submitting connection and call records, or to detect, prevent, or address fraud or security incidents, protect third-party rights, and safeguard the network and its users.
2. Types of personal data collected
We collect specific personal information to provide our products and/or services. Thus, when you submit personal data to us, you agree and authorize us to process your personal information in accordance with this Policy. If you provide us with personal information of third parties or if third parties provide us with their personal information, we will only use it for the specific purpose for which such information was provided.

- Data that identifies or may identify an individual: name, last name, parentage, date of birth, e-mail, address, cell phone number, CPF, location data, IP address, IMEI number, and connection records.

Although collection is available for all SIM Cards, access to this data is restricted to the customer and Grupo Datora’s technical support team when contracted via the Portal or the integrated API.
- Data related to the Customer’s account or agreement: We collect information from your account and agreement, such as payment dates or receipts, subscription and contracting history, banking information, technical support and ticket opening, passwords and security information used to authenticate and provisioning services, traffic data, connection records and phone call history.
Grupo Datora informs that it does not collect “sensitive data” about you, such as racial or ethnic origin, religious conviction, political opinion, union membership or membership in a religious, philosophical, or political organization, data relating to health or sexual life, genetic or biometric data, except when we have your specific consent or to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
3. Purpose of collection and processing of your personal data
The Personal Data Protection Law specifies that we may use your data only for legitimate, specific, explicit, and informed purposes. Here are the reasons we process your data:

- To assist in strategic decision-making: We use your data in the processes of developing plans, services, and customized offers even more closely aligned with your profile, as well as to redistribute connections and active users or reallocate the service portfolio.
- To assess demand by geographic region: We use location services in order to evaluate demand according to our users’ geographic region, securely, with the purpose of improving our service.
- For the regular exercise of rights in judicial, administrative or arbitral proceedings: We collect, process, store, share and handle personal data for the regular exercise of rights in judicial, administrative or arbitral proceedings.

Although you may expressly request that your personal data not be used for marketing purposes by sending an e-mail to dpo@datora.net, you acknowledge that all other data-use cases are essential for the Grupo Datora to process transactions and offer its products and services.

In cases of inability to execute or respond to your requests or inquiries within 5 (five) business days or the regular deadline, whichever is longer, the Grupo Datora will indicate the factual or legal reasons that prevent immediate action.

We implement physical, electronic and managerial procedures to ensure the highest possible level of security for your personal data and all other information we collect and process, always in accordance with the state of the art.
