HOW TO ISSUE THE COPY OF YOUR ARQIA/VODAFONE BOLETO (PAYMENT SLIP)

For your convenience, we provide a step-by-step guide on how to issue another copy of your ARQIA/Vodafone Boleto (payment slip).

Remember: the new boleto (payment slip) is generated with the expiration date of the day it is being issued.

Attention: When entering the beneficiary’s CNPJ, make sure which of the two ARQIA/Vodafone boleto you want to generate:

  • Datora Mobile Telecomunicações SA – CNPJ: 18.384.930/0003-51
  • VDF Tecnologia da Informação LTDA – CNPJ: 26.433.865/0001-35

DO YOU HAVE THE ORIGINAL BOLETO (PAYMENT SLIP) IN HANDS?

  1. Access Bradesco Bank link
  2. Select one of the options.
  • “Pesquisa de Boleto por CPF / CNPJ / Nosso Numero” (search by CPF/CPF/CNPJ/Nosso Numero)
  • “Pesquisa de Boleto pela linha digitavel” (search by barcode number)

If you have chosen to search your boleto (payment slip) by CPF / CNPJ / Our Number, you will need to enter the CNPJ of ARQIA / Vodafone (informed above). Just select the file format you want to receive the new boleto and download it.

YOU DON’T HAVE THE ORIGINAL BOLETO(PAYMENT SLIP) IN HANDS?

 

If you have the Boleto Barcode Number or “nosso numero”, you can follow the procedure above to issue the new copy. If you do not know any of the numbers above, you can contact our Service Center through the Contact menu on the website or through the channels:

Our Customer Service will inform you the payment slip barcode number and “nosso numero”(company code). With that in hand, just access Banco Bradesco link and follow the instructions above.
